What delivery options do you offer?

Where is my order?

All our orders are tracked and signed for. We will update you once we ship your order from us to you, and you will also receive a tracking number to always know where your order is.

Do you deliver to my country?

We ship our products worldwide, however, different charges will apply to customers outside the UK. For more information refer to our dedicated page.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently offer online payment only. 

How can I return my order?

All orders we ship include our return address. Please send your item to the described address. However, don't forget to contact us before returning your order to check if our returns policy applies.

What is your return and refund policy?

What can I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you reside in the UK, you can expect to receive your products in 5-7 days maximum. Despite the fact that we ship all our products in a very short time, the delivery company / Royal Mail can take longer to deliver your products to you.This is outside our control. Before contacting us about your missing order, make sure you do the following. 

  • Check the tracking information
  • Allow at least 14 days after dispatch to pass if you reside in the UK
  • Allow at least 21 days after dispatch to pass if you reside outside UK but in the EU
  • Allow at least 30 days after dispatch to pass if you reside in the rest of the world
  • Make sure to check with your neighbours if they didn't collect the order on your behalf

Once you did everything above and your item still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll look into it, and make sure you get a replacement item.

Can I refund products bought through promotion and discount codes?

Absolutely. You have 14-days to return goods bought on sale or via a discount coupon. Simply return the items to us and you'll get your money back, no questions asked. 

I forgot to apply my discount code at the checkout, what can I do?

Unfortunately, you can't apply a discount to your order after you pay.
